Homestay message

We have a wonderful old home in Wilshire Park, an upscale residential and very safe family neighborhood near Han[ --- censored --- ] Park and Mid Wilshire, which are very desirable areas. We are close to Wilshire Blvd buses that go downtown and as far as Santa Monica, so public transportation access is fast and easy. There is adequate street parking. The available room is private and has a full bathroom (tub and shower) and a walk in closet. We have wi fi. wood floors throughout - Our home is almost 100 years old but totally updated with wood floors, washer and dryer, updated kitchen and extra refrigerator. Our 24 year old son lives at home and is a College Senior. We have been hosting students for 8 years and enjoy sharing our home. We also have 2 cats. There is a large backyard with a patio. We are family oriented willing to assist students. I have an MA from the University of Chicago and my husband an MA from University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from Columbia. We are walking distance to restaurants, markets and shopping. We are accessible by bus to UCLA, USC, Santa Monica College and many international language schools on Wilshire Blvd. It is a 30 minute drive to the beach.
